The Infant Safe Sleeping Task Force oversees the Safe Sleep for Baby campaign. This section includes information and resources for Task Force members.
The safest place for a baby to sleep is in a safe crib. A safe crib is one that meets and is clear of clutter. That means no pillows, no heavy quilts, no thick blankets, no pillow-like stuffed toys or other large stuffed toys and no child carrying devices, recliners or sleep positioners.
However, we took extra precautions to ensure its safety. We hired essential oil expert, Robert Tisserand, to analyze our formula for its safety and effectiveness. According to Mr. Tisserand, his research indicates that at our dilutions, our baby chest rub is safe for babies over three months.
